All lines are about 2 centimeters depth under skin and spread out all over the body. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thai massage theory believes that personal health and well &#8211; being depend on the balance of the <em>four elements<\/em>. The wind element employ these lines in order to flow and transmit energy throughout the body. Obstruction of the wind flow may cause discomfort or eventually illness or disease. When pressing on the lines, the pressure will stimulate the flowing of <em>internal energy (wind)<\/em> in the body. This will directly heal the ailing organs and glands, and also eliminate the toxins out of body tissues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Thai traditional massage technique needs to apply a rather high pressure to stimulate massage points, therefore, it differs from California oil massage and Swedish massage. If the line is obstructed, the wind can cause illness.
